Anyone use them to collect from deadbeat members? If so, how did it go, would you do it again?

We do. Whenever we sign someone up we always explain the 30 day cancellation notice and have them initial it. I do not send folks that have been with us for a year or more. However, those that have been here less than a year we will. Especially if they just signed up a few months ago.
Our motto is that we hold up our end of the agreement, we expect them to as well. Having their initials is priceless when they pull a "well you never explained that to me".

We use a local lawfirm to collect on debts 120+ days old.Generally we only send people on the reciprocal plans who haven't been longtime members. I'm not going to try to collect on someone that bought a 12 month prepaid from me and didn't have billing on file when they went auto month to month. The terminated member is always sent two statements prior to being sent to collections explaining that all a/r is sent to collections after 120 days and offering to split the balance into two payments for them. So far we have not had too much backlash because of having signed membership agreements and thoroughly explaining the cancellation policy to everyone signing up.

Being in debt is a very bad situation. It happened to me a couple of times, it was a very unpleasant situation. To save myself from stress, I looked for information. I was looking for info where to get 1000 dollars. I found a very interesting article. It described how to build your own intelligent system of borrowing money. It is also a great opportunity to improve your credit rating. In the future, this served me a good skill to borrow without risks and obstacles.
