Don't forget the charge for that awesome "Online Training Center", which is of no benefit to your members, but simply a tool for corporate's benefit.

Not that this matters much, but directing your concerns towards JV is a waste of time. He is merely a spokesperson for Taunton and I don't believe he has any real decision making power. Kind of like Snap's version of Sarah Huckabee Sanders....

So just got an email today I now have 5 members whom have signed up for fitpass and never received their card in mail (at least 3 weeks). And this is 5 since 2018! So average one a month and it's a 30 day pass!!!!! I have all my emails saved from the clients. They and us are getting no response from corporate either. Left messages and no return calls!!!!

Corporate takes forever to mail out access cards. Sets the account to be terminated as soon as it's created. Omits billing information. Buy hey they collect their $8.95. We advise these people to dispute the charge with their credit card company. Did anyone sign for the card? How is there proof they received it?
Explain to me how this is better than having the local club provide the card. Oh, which by the way lets the club interact with the member. The argument that the club should call the member and arrange a time to tour the club is BS. The majority of these people come in at non-staffed hours. Don't interact with anyone. Get their free pass for their time during spring break, summer break, Christmas break and then bye, bye.
The program is simply corporate selling the services of the club owner, which is a crime in all 50 states, specifically theft of services.

No bite from the fat guy. Found out snap is now offering a fitpass to family and friends when a member fills out a listen360 survey.

If there is any one thing that I can think of that has killed the brand, it is Fitpass. Unreal.
