Today there are companies which host your website for about $5 to $10 per month. How much is corporate charging zees? Isn't it something like $30 to $50 per month? What do we receive for this? A couple of pages with 3 pictures of our club and very little text. Add to this that Snap places their own ads on a page which they're charging us for. This doesn't make sense to me. To make matters worse when I advertise I draw prospects to my club and to my site. Some of these people sign up for a 30 day trial and others simply sign up. If they do a 30 day trial I collect nothing up front and lose an entire months dues. If they sign up online I have to pay a finder's fee and provide a temporary card while they wait for their card to come in the mail. So I have to pay excessive fees for the website and if someone actually uses it I have to pay even more?
Snap states that you can't set up a separate website, however I've seen a couple locations which have separate sites and since this policy isn't being enforced I'm looking at following their lead. (No, I won't state which clubs have set up their own sites. I'll make corporate find them themselves)

Everything corp. charges is double or triple what you could get if you bought it yourself. Just take a moment & think that they are charging you $1 for every declined account!!! What a joke. We had better results getting declines on our own and didn't cost us a dime.
