I don't think they're able to keep people around very long at corporate because most people that get involved in the health and fitness industry are doing it because they have a deep desire to help people. The corporate culture at snap, which starts at the top, is to fuck over the franchisees, take advantage of them whenever possible and dismiss anything they have to contribute as a personal attack. It's counter to what they signed up for and they leave.
What you're left with are people who are passive aggressive, hold a deep seated hostility toward franchisees and view them simply as bags of cash which need to be shaken down and threatened. I call it the snap mafia, because they operate in much the same way. If you want to help people you won't fit in with the corporate structure. If you've always dreamed of being in the mafia then the corporate culture would fit you well.
