Has anyone besides me been getting charged small amounts from Jonas and 5/3rd since February? I'm talking about transaction fees that show up on my checking account in the amounts of $.09 - $1.50 or so. I'm assuming it has something to do with random cash sales or the worthless credit card processing unit we all had to "opt in" for but don't use. I'm getting charged about $15 a month in these fees. Not a huge issue in the whole scheme of things, but just wanting to know why we are now seeing these charges. And of course, I can't reach a human at Jonas that can answer my question and corporate said "Call Jonas". Serenity now....

Same thing here.... tiny amounts that don't make any sense toward the end of the month- like $0.82 and $1.16. Agree that the amount isn't back breaking, but everything adds up.

Maybe it is partially due to our anniversary billing. They both seemed to start at the same time? I get a few of those billing fee bits and pieces scattered throughout the month. Once again it drives me nuts like the corp invoices where fees are clumped together. Now we have 5/3rd combined fees. My head is spinning. What are all the smoke and mirrors on clumped fees and never can a fee be contested. I have no idea whether anything is accurate. Even banks make mistakes, yet nobody would have any idea of when that happens. It certainly takes a lot of trust and a strong stomach to operate with a franchise.
