So, there was all this talk about all the improvements to fitware and how great it was going to be now. So where is it? It still sucks and is fraught with problems. I had a member sign up earlier in the day and now have a voicemail from him saying he wants to exercise his 3 day right of rescission. Why? Well he signed the stupid Ipad in the club and then our wonderful system proceeded to email him the same signature request 6 times. He signed the first one and ignored the rest. He tried coming into the club later in the day and was locked out. It also requested his 16 year old son sign the document. What don't these idiots understand?
This system is nothing but a big self inflicted gunshot wound. What kind of club makes it this painful for its members?
Wait, let me call support. Oh wait, that's right, they don't work weekends, but I'm sure even if they did their solution would be for him and his son to sign all 6 requests. Meanwhile I'm going to have to clean up their mess.
I said it before and I'll say it again. STOP TRYING TO CODE!! YOU SUCK AT IT!! HAND IT OVER TO A COMPANY THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND DOES IT AT A MUCH LOWER COST. Go out and try to market this piece of shit. The only way you can get anyone to use it is behind a loaded legal gun. No one else would even consider this piece of shit.
Anyone know if 9Round, Yogafit or Steele is being forced to use this crap?

Agreed, I've seen very little (read: no) additional capabilities that are worthwhile. When did they say they'd auto update credit card info?

Yeah, I was pretty bummed the first time a father (primary) paid his bill, his 14 year old daughter didn't re-sign the docs and it locked the whole family out the following day I went to all the webinars, I don't recall hearing a word about lockouts for everyone on the account for one failed signature. It's taking a little getting used to, but I like having digital docs instead of a HUGE folder of paper docs - but I still have to keep them and I think I'll be hearing a lot of, "Nobody told me about... <<30 day cancellation, guest policy...>>" as they wiz to the bottom of the docs to sign... Cheryl - would you mind explaining auto update for CC? When new CCs are issued we get the updated expiration date from the bank and billing continues, for example??? We all spend a fair amount of time and effort on the manual process being used currently Thank you

If you lose your credit card or it's stolen or they change it to a chipped card the new credit card information (ie account number, expiration) are automatically updated. This saves you the "Hi the card we have on file for you..." phone call. Also, if someone just decides they have autopays they no longer wish to make they just report the card as lost and never return your phone call for new billing info.
