This is one of the favorite lines from (lackof, also known as third world class) support. He hear it constantly. Recently out on the censored snap forum someone posted a problem they were having and the "It's only your club having that problem" was the response. Well a bunch of clubs then responded that they too were having that problem. I guess someone forgot to tell their people to only say it over the phone, not on a forum where it's easily debunked. Now the response back is:
Thank you everyone for your feedback on this issue. I talked with support and we are working out this problem that specific clubs are running into. Also, we appreciate if you have issues like these to alert/notify support instead of the forum so that we can look at the issue at your club level and resolve. Thanks!
In other words keep these issues private so it's easier for us to lie to you, point back at you and tell you it's a problem on your end. For all intents and purposes that's what "You're the only one having that problem" means. That way they can sweep it under the rug and not deal with it.
Most likely the reason the person posted it to the forum was because it was being ignored by (lackof) support
