Has anyone been able to locate invoices showing proof of revenue in Fitware for members that sign up online? This is all I've been able to find. in fit ware under admin not club, Snap Corporate Statements show an additional invoice for the amount that a new member paid online to become a member of the club. Then their is a second invoice that subtracts the same amount to balance it out to zero. So I don't actually pay snap corporate that additional amount on the royalty fees invoice, however I go to the new member in Fitware and their is no record under billing or payment history of them ever paying anything to join. Anyone else having this issue?

Snap's invoices and statements are the most convoluted ever. I believe it's that way by design. I've shown it to accountants and CPAs and their response is always the same, WTF?
The sign up fees have never shown up in member billing. It's always been on the statement.
