So here's another issue which has been brought up multiple times to corporate, but nothing is ever done. But hey, they're working on it (at a government pace)
You charge someone for something and leave it on their account because you don't want to incur the ridiculous POS fees. When it collects that money on the first the invoice wipes out the date which it was charged? Why? The data is obviously there, just leave it there.
So snap doesn't understand accounting, they don't understand software, they don't understand marketing, they don't understand fitness. The only thing they seem to understand is finding ways to charge franchisees. This really is run like a communist block. Awful at everything, but charging its citizens. Of course MN is a hotbed of socialists. Kind of explains why so many fitness companies are based there.
