Same issue here. Sent message to our IT folks. We'll see what the response is- I hate the iPad, even if it "works", it takes forever to load the documents for members to sign and they are sitting there waiting, which makes me look like an idiot. Would rather go back to paper contracts. At least I'm not wasting peoples time or locking them out of the club for unsigned documents. Wish they could get this right!

IPad process is about a 2 out of 10. Love it when I have 2 or 3 folks coming through the door and the process takes an eternity. I can see in the faces of the prospects their doubt in our ability.

We had the same problem. Fixed now, but the system was basically unusable for the entire day. It's not anything important though, just signing up new members. What's that saying about first impressions? Customer sitting there for about 15 minutes waiting for us until we finally gave up.
So, if they knew this was a mission critical problem why was there no notice sent out to make clubs aware of the problem? Again, this is an operation which should not be providing software, support or anything else which clubs depend upon. It needs to be handled by a company that does this for a living, not a group tinkering around.

Had the same problem. Crickets from support until they finally had it fixed. They need to write for comedy central, because their software is a joke.
