I see there is a satisfaction survey link in the featured news section in the portal. Anyone want to tell corporate how they really feel?

I have yet to understand the logic of why these people waste their time doing all these "activities" to create the illusion they give a shit.
I know I was "sold". I wanted a BMW. The badge fell off and I realize I was sold a 1973 Pinto. I am sure this will survey will be a GAME CHANGER. HA HA HA Happy Friday.

One thing is guarantied if you do nothing nothing will change. If they ask for feedback and receive nothing they can go on thinking they do everything right.

The big question around snap hq.
What can we do to make it look like we care? Let's send out a survey Are you crazy? Do you know how bad we'll look? Well, we'll do what we do with all of our data. Make it up. 92% say everything is great the way it is and we're heading in the right direction. 5% Say we need to pay more fees to hq. 3% would like to see some sort of change. Based on this we're raising fees slightly. Put the data in the hands of an independent firm and see what the actual results are.

If they truly wanted to know what how/what we felt, they wouldn't have put the survey on the portal where you have to log in - oh and they wouldn't have done it in Survey Monkey.

Is everyone that afraid? Their asking about how they can do better. Instead of complaining to yourselves grow a pair and tell them!

When bringing up the fact that the franchisor charges 4x the cost of a product (which is about 1/4 as good as the product costing x) and the CEO calls it a "personal attack" and then you find yourself the recipient of a "notice of default" on your franchise agreement for a petty reason you start to understand just how vindictive this company is.
Putting out a survey which provides them with IP addresses and other ways to identify you makes it unlikely that they'll get any sort of constructive criticism. There are delicate egos at the C level which can't accept or handle any sort of suggestions on how to improve a broken system. No one who's been a franchisee for more than 2 years trusts the franchisor.
"So, what would it take for you to do a deal with the devil?"

I agree completely. I don't trust any sort of numbers these guys provide. They're fabricated to try to tell whatever narrative they're currently trying to push.
It's like watching their MyZone videos where they try to tell you that snap is making it so you get a great deal on the MyZone devices. In actuality the price we're getting is exactly the price that any gym owner gets, but with snap you have to commit to 3 years and you get bottom of the barrel service. There's never an advantage for the franchisee in having big numbers. Any advantage is pocketed by corporate and the franchisee is given the same Ts & Cs as if they were a single gym owner.
Who should get ripped off? Franchisees first!
