In one of snap's features they talk about how the club has a great, personal relationship with their members. They state that a member quitting the gym would be like quitting a friend. Now how could you quit a friend? Easy. Report your credit card lost or stolen and then just ignore the phone calls and messages from their club (ie their friend). No way to automatically update the credit card info and you've just failed at retaining that member. But heck, from what we've seen with other posts we know that retention isn't really a priority for snap hq.
