I heard the bps team were pretty busy last week taking calls about the fines. Reminds me of the yearly April charge that many clubs impose upon their members and the objections the club may receive in return.

Has anyone NOT been billed that $1000 for not attending? Has anyone been able to successfully contest this charge? I checked my statement today and yes, that $1000 charge is there -- not sure how to proceed as the cost of hiring a lawyer will be more than the $1000 they stole from me.

Simply advise your bank that there has been a fraudulent (completely accurate) charge of $1000 to your account and they will handle the rest.

Did anyone get the 1000 fine? I just did for not attending. I registered and due to some unfortunate events we could not attend. Is anyone fighting this? try clicking the link that says "forgot password" lol Wow thanks Pauly D for the sound advice!

I am watching and curious how this is being handled. I am not a guest and we were fined as well. We called right away. We registered and couldn’t take the time off. They said to send my manager. I have a small club and my manager is a college student who one could not attend and two we don’t feel comfortable sending a yong girl to Vegas by herself. I get missing out on discounts and the latest and greatest but I’m not sure how they can legally withdrawal 1000 from our account without authorization and I have nothing in my agreement or amendments that say a 1000 penalty will be impimented for failure to attend. If, truly looking for advice on how to handle this. The BPS SAYS THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT BUT LEGAL or anyone from that matter is not getting back to me. How do you resolve something if you keep getting pushed off and no response. Thanks for your thoughts and guidance on how you are moving forward with it.

You didn't miss out on any discounts for the vendors have carried their discounts over for a period of time. The latest and greatest? Not sure there was anything worth remembering although I may have drank too much to recall. The connecting with other zees may be the only thing you truly missed. That and the Elvis in a motor scooter racing up the escalator.
I would keep pressing. Try what the Jersey kid suggested...contact your bank. It wouldn't surprise me snap doesn't budge. I know I have mentioned this in the past, but franchisors are ruthless. This is not specific to snap. They typically hold the line and squeeze you for their $$$ they think they are entitled too. I have heard this many times over with other businesses.

"we don’t feel comfortable sending a young girl to Vegas by herself". Completely agree. It would be weird if she went with her boss too.
Anyway, I got a refund for the grand. I sent a rep though, but I didnt do the registration and all properly, so its my fault in a way. I hope next year they come up with something new- I suggest maybe people who go get an account credit, but no fine for those who dont. right.
