Going through our billing I see that we're now being charged for Nighthawk via Snap. However, if memory serves me correctly I was billed 2 months in advance by Nighthawk when we first opened. Now Snap is charging me for the current month. Since I paid 2 months in advance that means I'm being double charged for 2 months. Am I remembering this correctly?
Also, looking at our corporate billing this month I'm seeing over charges for things like new members, the mysnapfitness.com site, etc. Is it just mine that's screwed up or are others seeing this as well?

Hi Cheryl...yes we also noticed inflated billing numbers for the July billing. Over $8/new member?? Higher mysnapfitness.com fees as well.

So the question is what recourse do we have. Isn't something like this a violation of the franchise agreement? If they're in violation aren't we able to notify them and give them notice that if the do it again they're in default of the franchise agreement and therefore we can dissolve the agreement.
It's also another reason why one wouldn't one having Snap touch any financial information.
