Seen this review online today regarding a club in Texas. Probably a bunch of delinquent payments finally caught up to them lol.
Snap Fitness - Unauthorized transaction 1 day ago I need your company to reverse an unauthorized transaction of $240! I did not approve of this and the “computers are down” apparently..... that is not a good excuse!! I’ll be sending any late fees on our account to your company since you can not help me out! Very disappointed!

Holy shit!!!! Still nothing?? If y'all want to go independent I contacted ABC financial just curious about what a change over would involve. When I told thier rep that I was a Snap Fitness, and what was currently going on, thier rep's response was classic. "Well there is a reason we do what we do, and why we DONT operate our own Health Clubs, because we wouldn't be good at it."
I laughed, the process of change over is probably more than my struggling club can take, but the rest of y'all might want to explore that option.

A change over would require 1. Transferring member data over. ( not hard. It’s a csv file and the new system just needs to know how to interpret the different fields 2. Members’ billing info. This is where you’ll hit a snag. snap will tell you this is all encoded and they have no way to provide it to you. When pushed harder they’ll refuse to cooperate and tell you they own that data and you have NO right to it. 3. A new door system which integrates with your new CRM system. Protection One has a nice door system which integrates with several CRM systems. 4. Having the CRM software customized to do what you want it to do. This is just setting parameters and most companies will assign someone to work with you to achieve this. If they’ve worked with other former Snap clubs in the past it’ll be pretty easy for them. 5. Wipe snap’s name off of everything. (Equipment, FB page, etc) 6. Set up billing with your new company and CRM vendor
Missing anything?

It is possible for a tailgate system with a different system for the door. That's yet another advantage and something that Fitware can not provide.
If you are having your members all fill out a "new member form" and then use the ipad or computer to enter everything on the written form, you will have their billing info.

What a job they did on our systems. Still minimal reporting available and account management is not 100%. Approaching 3 weeks now to restore full functionality (as we knew it).

How ironic that corporate invoices and billing statements are among the first reports to be back up. I did not see that coming.

I was really hoping they'd do the right thing, but didn't have much faith in them. They like to talk about how altruistic/philanthropic they are, but it's just that, talk. If they actual do something philanthropic it's only when there's something in it for them. When it comes time to doing the right/fair thing they can't even do that.
