Well, I seem to be having luck with every chargeback now. A few more reversed in my favor. So important to keep good documentation of having members sign the agreement and sign a termination letter/email. Additionally, I would keep those docs immediately accessible to you given the short amount of time you are given to fight the dispute. I'm not used to winning these disputes like many of you aren't I am sure. Just when I get the charges back into my bank, I receive a few account cancellation notices. The Lord giveth, and the LORD taketh away.
