We currently use Snap's SnapComm system. We've had it for several years with only a few problems from time to time. However, a couple months ago we switched carriers from Comcast to Verizon and keep experiencing problems with the system where we can't hear the person on the other end, though they can hear us. We've decided we have to switch over to something else. What we liked about the SnapComm system was that it let us replay every phone conversation. This helps in reviewing conversations related to sales situations where you can pinpoint where something went wrong or an employee went off script.
We haven't been able to find a service that allows you to replay conversations. Does anyone have a service which provides that feature? We're thinking we'll have to forgo that ability. We're debating on possibly just going with a cell phone.
What's working for you?

We use Vonage. Couldn't be happier.

We just use magic jack. It's about $10/year and gives us voice mail. That's all we really need. I'd like to have a longer greeting, but not complaining. Not sure what services give you the ability to record conversations.

I would recommend NOT using ANY snap services wherever possible. You can almost always find better services for lots less $$$. Plus they already take waaaaaaaayyy too much of our money anyway (online finders fee, $1 for every decline every month, $8.95 for all the trials while we get nothing, etc.) Don't forget they raise the rates on all of your fees every year based on the consumer price index.
