Does anybody have corporates original rollout schedule that they communicated towards the end of last year? Have they actually delivered on anything? What are the chances that the credit card auto Updater will actually be live by end of Q1 2017? This is really the only beneficial thing for us franchisees.

It is in the Portal News dated 10-31-16 titled STATE OF TECH: Roadmap & Technology Update. Doesn't appear they hit any of the rollout dates, but then all I care about is the CC Updater. Would probably have at least 50 more existing members right now if we had that program MONTHS ago. But I guess those Member Engager updates and Dashboard updates are more important. And get rid of the Decline Recovery program. Seriously, we have no way of knowing if any of those emails or phone calls even went thru. We still need to do collections ourselves. If they won't respond to us, they sure won't respond to an automated system!

Several of my delinquents said they never received a phone call or email. Confirmed that emails and phone numbers in the system are correct. Basically it means you still have to call all of your delinquents yourself. The only one who benefits from the program is hq.
