Does anybody have corporates original rollout schedule that they communicated towards the end of last year? Have they actually delivered on anything? What are the chances that the credit card auto Updater will actually be live by end of Q1 2017? This is really the only beneficial thing for us franchisees.

I asked my BPS about the roll out date for the auto updater and he didn't know. Hoping it will be soon - it would be SO helpful

When you say he didn't know what I assume you meant was he did not know but he will make sure he finds out today and get back to you. That is correct right?

No he said that they didn't have a specific time frame that they would be releasing the auto updater. They probably just said they were giving that to us to keep us quiet. They obviously have no intention on hurrying this through even though this is one of the things we want the most.

One thing about corp releases..add at least 2-3 quarters to every projected roll out. It took years for them to get off of Checkfree even though we were all screaming about it. Back in the day, during busy time such as January, we would initiate a command and have to wait and wait for the next screen to appear. OMG it was so annoying. Almost lost business because of it. Peter used to speak about proprietary software coming for what seemed like years, but never produced. Point being....corp is never on time with things that really make a difference and rarely ask for input from their chief customers (the zees) to expedite the process and launch it right the first time.
