How can it be that there's one day of the month where you get paid for the majority of the month, but dread that day? Is it that you won't get as much as you expect? Well, no. So then how could you possibly dread such a day?
A: It's because you have a franchisor too stupid to implement a system found everywhere else which automatically updates your clients' billing information and you know that you'll have to spend the next week or so calling 3% to 8% of your membership base to update that information. All the while being charged for billing which doesn't go through and finding out that only about 25% of the members that lift brands claims are contacted are actually contacted. Those that they do contact ignore the calls and emails because they don't want to deal with an auto-dialer.

My fav time is the last few days of the month knowing I did whatever I could to charge the delinquents and then reluctantly terminating them (lost revenue) by the 25th or so. Run the reports, clean up the accounts and relax. Today is the first and I am nervous once again. A whole new batch of bullshit I have to chase. It's a tiring chore we have every month and I am sick of it. So I figure I've been receiving over 200 new delinquent reports since I opened. OMG. I'm tired of chasing money..

When is enough going to be enough for this inept franchisor. Who believes they will actually have the credit card updater implemented by the end of quarter one. Or even more important who believes it will be implemented correctly

I forgot to mention that they are about two years late from other companies that know what the hell they are doing.

This month was a disaster and one more example that their (sh)IT group doesn't have a clue as to what they're doing

So will the automatic updater be up and running for April? This is the only thing we're asking for (Well, that and to make fitware work properly, but this is even more crucial.
No announcement and no update, so I'm guessing nothing will change. I rally hope I'm proven wrong.

When corp is ready to launch something they give notification several days ahead if not weeks. No announcement = no action, but we are all used to that.

How can you dread payday? Just when we thought we knew all the obvious reasons, they have now come up with a new one: false declines. Seriously?!! How are false declines possible?? So now we can't attempt collecting until the transactions are confirmed. Great. Well maybe our club fees withdrawal should be pushed back later too...

Except those of us who already collected the money are now being called by angry customers who say "I got billed twice!!!!" Ugh. Never ends does it?

These guys have proven time and time again that they have no idea what they're doing. They assumed it would be easy enough to buy the software from another company, Hie some low cost wanna-be programmers to modify the code and then charge whatever they want for the piece of shit software. Want more money? Add another useless feature nobody wants or asked for, but which benefits corporate. From what I understand planet fatness tried this a few years back, realized and admitted it was a bad idea, handed it off to a company that does that for a living, lowered franchisees costs and provided a better more robust platform. Unfortunately all we get at snap are a bunch of people with n idea what to do except point fingers at everyone else and raise fees.

Is there any sort of **NEW** date given for the auto update of credit cards? April 2017 is pretty far in the rear view mirror at this point. I heard it was mentioned at their CON-vention, but haven't seen a date.

I believe John mentioned anticipated go live date was Dec 1. You will know this to be true as we get closer, corp will make announcements a few times just prior to the launch date. I dread the next few days coming though.
