REALLY, REALLY, REALLY looking forward to this being implemented. Corporate said it will be ready to go at the end of the first quarter 2017. That means starting with next months billing we will all see some relief from the massive declines! FINALLY!!!!!

Do you guys really believe them? They can't fix the issue with billing after a Freeze. I wouldn't hold your breath that if they roll something out- the crashes of 10 other functions negate the fixing of anything. It's been Snap IT's MO since 2014...

So as we get closer to the day Snap promised they'd have the cc updater implemented, I get another email from yet another company which provides this: ecardtransactions.com/How do they market this type of service? As a retention tool. As normal, snap has NO CLUE on how to improve retention and the whole concept that this is the easiest way to improve retention is completely lost on them. In about 2 years when even Billy, the eleven year old with his lemonade stand, has implemented this as a standard service, snap will finally wake up and turn on the switch for this. Of course charging 3 times the industry standard pricing and most likely having a team of idiot programmers making it as complex and non-intuitive as possible.

Did this happen? Our numbers bumped up about 10% this month, which is usually how much we get hit with declined accounts. If so it's nice to see Snap finally implementing something which actually helps out franchisees.

Another month that they have another major screw up on billing? Who's the clown in charge of this? What other company screws up this badly so often? It's about time they scrap this whole product and get a real one that works and is actually usable. Ugh!!!

It's probably because the 1st landed on a Saturday I am guessing so the 3rd would be like the 1st in most cases and everything is offset by a couple days.

Every other support organization works 7 days a week. I guess in a communist organization they get to decide that those in the government branch get to work just 5 hours a day and 5 days a week, and tax the crap out of everyone.
