Hello everyone –
So this is my first time posting on here, but I’ve been an avid reader for quite a while now. I mostly read just to pass time. Before I start, I’d like to point out that I could care less if corporate knows my real identity. For anybody “trolling” or who cares to know, my name is Jeff Kalo. I’m the sole owner of Snap Fitness in Grand Blanc, MI.
Danielle Nelson has been avoiding my calls. She avoided my calls last month when the SS payment hadn’t hit until the 24th. I put this off – no big deal, stuff happens. However, Danielle never did call me back to tell me what was going on. So here we are now, July 25th, and there has yet to be a SS payment. We push SS hard here; we offer consults, free Personal Training sessions, and classes for all SS members. It would seem as though we could get a payment in a timely matter or at LEAST an explanation as to where the money is. Today was the last straw for me.
Danielle received three voicemails from me Tuesday starting around 9:30am, and ending around 5:30pm. Now I’m sure you can probably guess from my frustration, that there was NO call back. So in a last ditch effort I called my newly appointed FAM. I left a voicemail knowing he was already out of the office. First thing this morning, Ed returned my phone call. He walked down to Danielle’s office and had her call me. Let’s just say that the explanation I received was UNREAL. Danielle claimed I hadn’t left any voicemails. I guess I was calling myself? I’d like to mention that when Health-ways pays Snap is not a concern of mine as we do not directly deal with Health-ways, we deal solely with Snap. They CHOOSE to be the middle man in this transaction and its little concern to me when they get a check written from any insurance agency. I can pull my report every month and see what I am owed. If this is too much of a problem, I will gladly deal with the insurance company and negotiate my own rates versus being told what I “have” to charge monthly. Will that be what it takes to settle this?
I really hope that someone with a better understanding of this process will contact me about a new solution and how to move forward. Will having the mentality of crossing my fingers, standing on one foot, and chewing gum all at the same time magically make money appear in my account? Or can I please have a set date every month when funds are made available. Let’s remember Danielle, I don’t work for you, you work for me.
